• Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations must follow our refund policy. Some bookings may be non-refundable.

• Changes: MaxExpo reserves the right to alter itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, transportation issues, etc.)

• Travel Documents: Customers are responsible for passports, visas, travel insurance, and other required documents.

• Liability: MaxExpo is not responsible for personal injuries, accidents, or losses during tours beyond our control.

3. IT & Web Services

• Service Delivery: We aim to deliver IT solutions, web development, and maintenance services as agreed in project proposals or contracts.

• Payment Terms: Payments for services must be made as per the agreed schedule (deposit, milestone, or full payment).

• Third-Party Tools: Any third-party software, plugins, or hosting costs are not included unless stated.

• Warranty & Support: We provide maintenance and support for a specified period. Issues caused by client misuse or third-party changes may not be covered.

• Liability: MaxExpo is not liable for indirect damages or loss of data beyond the agreed service scope.

4. Online Store

• Orders: All orders are subject to availability. MaxExpo reserves the right to cancel or modify orders.

• Pricing: Prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change without notice.

• Payments: Online payments must be completed via our approved payment methods.

• Shipping & Delivery: Delivery timelines are estimated. Delays may occur due to external factors (couriers, weather, customs, etc.).

• Returns & Refunds: Returns are accepted according to our Return & Refund Policy. Products must be unused and in original packaging unless defective.

• Warranty: Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer unless otherwise stated.
